Who we are
This website is run by Quality UboraLife Limited, trading as UboraLife ("we", "us"), a private limited company registered in Kenya (No. PVT-6LULVM5P). Our office is at 2nd Floor, Regal House, 6th Parklands Avenue (Kobil), Highridge, Nairobi, P.O. Box 68462-00610. We are responsible for the personal information described below. What we collect
- PT inquiry form: your first and last name, email address, organization, phone number (optional) and the proficiency testing programs you are interested in.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, including your number and anything you tell us.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare quotations, enrolment and delivery of programs you ask about.
- To share the details needed to prepare a quotation or enrolment with our partner Global Proficiency Ltd (New Zealand).
- To keep records of our business dealings, as the law requires.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Who processes it for us
- Formspree receives and forwards the inquiry form to our inbox.
- Global Proficiency Ltd receives the details needed to quote and enrol you.
- WhatsApp handles messages you send through the chat button, under its own terms.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
Some of these providers are outside Kenya, including in the United States and New Zealand. We take steps to make sure your information stays protected when it is handled abroad.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and the business relationship that follows, then delete or anonymise them. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the period the law sets.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave us. Email ubora@uboralife.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. Third parties named above may set their own when you use their services.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
